Terms of Service

All flowers and hampers leave our studio in satisfactory condition and flowers are wet wrapped to ensure freshness while in transit. 

Flowers must be placed in sufficient water as soon as they are received for them to remain alive. Flowers have a range of vase lives, with most lasting between three to five days. 

Air conditioning, heat and other environmental factors have an effect on your flowers. Please keep away from direct sunlight and heat sources.

 

Cancellations & Date Changes

Cancellation of your order is permitted more than 24 hours before your nominated delivery or pick up date. Your money will be refunded in full. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice are not permitted and no refund will be given. 

Delivery or pick up date changes are permitted if requested more than 24 hours before your nominated date.

 

Refunds & Exchanges

If you have an issue with your flowers please contact us with a photo. A new bouquet may be resent if you contact us within two days of delivery and the above care conditions were adhered to.

If there are any faulty/missing items in a hamper please contact us with a photo and we will replace it free of charge. 

Exchanges are not permitted.

 

Product availability and substitution

Flowers are subject to seasonal and market availability. Flower images in our online store are indicative of size and style, but flowers used may vary. Flower choice is at our discretion. 

If a gift hamper product is not available we will contact you to offer alternatives. 

Vases and packaging may vary due to availability.
